About My Practice
Aura Aligned Wellness is an online therapy practice serving adults (18+) across Arizona, so therapy can fit into your real life instead of asking you to rearrange it.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when you feel truly seen and safe. You may be the one who has it together. The one people lean on, the one who delivers, the one who keeps going. Maybe somewhere along the way, you stopped being able to tell whether you're actually okay or have become really good at looking like you are.
My private practice is built for those that are high-functioning and are holding a lot and don't always have a place to put it down. The ones who look like they have it together, but inside feel overwhelmed, on edge, or burned out.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, OCD, anxiety, and burnout. Our work is grounded, real, and judgment-free.

My Approach
At Aura Aligned Wellness, my approach is straightforward and collaborative. I take the time to understand what you're carrying, work with you at a pace that feels right, and tailor each session to what will actually be helpful, so the work is focused, meaningful, and shaped around you.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process experiences that still feel stuck. It also allows difficult memories to lose their charge so you can move through life without the past pulling you back.
Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)
ERP is the gold-standard therapy for OCD. It works by gently helping you face the thoughts, situations, or feelings that trigger your anxiety, while resisting the urge to do the compulsions that usually follow.
DBT is an evidence-based approach that gives you real practical skills like mindfulness and distress tolerance to manage intense emotions, handle stress, and navigate relationships with more steadiness and clarity.
